2004 Vauxhall Astra- Drawing applies to all application vehicles listed above. Print this.
RT-40A - HSS (Hot Side Switching)- Included with product, so print only if needed.
Troubleshooting procedure- Print out if needed.

Wire colors used in this vehicle:

+12V - BLK/PPL
GROUND - BRN
FAST - WHT
SLOW - YEL

Special Rain Tracker Installation Notes for this vehicle:

Write the wire colors of the vehicle on the HSS drawing, and follow that
when you wire up the Rain Tracker. Use the factory drawing as a reference
to help you find the wires. Some models and years may vary slightly in wire colors.
Factory drawings can be wrong, so, confirm wire colors with a multimeter.

All wiper system wires are available at the wiper switch. They can usually be accessed
by removing one or two access panels (Kick Panels) and, possibly, the shrouds surrounding the
steering column.

2004 CORSA NOTES
The wires need to be accessed at either the wiper motor or relay box inside the engine compartment. Additionally, a good +12V needs to be located.

VEHICLE NOTE
These instructions came to us from a friend in the UK. If you have other drawings from vehicles overseas, please email them to us so we can add them to our database.

The RT-40A does not utilize the FAST windings of the wiper motor. Please disregard any references
to FAST that appear in these instructions.
