Hydreon Corporation unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Please note that shipping charges, as well as local taxes or duties where applicable, are not reimbursed.
In the automotive aftermarket, return rates typically approach 25%. We are proud to say that our return rate is under 1%. We provide detailed instructions, so our customers are almost always successful in the installation. And once they try them, nobody wants to give up their automatic wipers.
Three Year Limited Warranty
Hydreon Corporation warrants to the original purchaser of merchandise that it is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase, whether or not actual use begins on that date. User however, is responsible for removal, packaging, and transportation of product to Hydreon Corporation. LABOR IS NOT COVERED.
If the merchandise fails within the three (3) year period, it will be repaired or replaced during normal working hours, at Hydreon Corporation, at no charge, when returned prepaid to Hydreon Corporation with Proof of Purchase. The sales receipt may be used for this purpose. All replacement parts, whether new or re-manufactured, assume as their warranty period only the remaining time of this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper voltage, service, flood, lightning, vehicle accident or other acts of God, or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than Hydreon Corporation. Hydreon Corporation, under no circumstances shall be liable for any consequential damages for this unit.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which vary from state to state.
A few common-sense notes about the warranty and safety:
- Fusing: The Rain Tracker control module is fused internally so that the device itself causes no safety issues related to overcurrent in a normal installation. Each of the relay control lines are not fused independently, as this would be prohibitively complex and cause its own safety issues. Most of our installation diagrams are planned so as to utilize the existing wiper system fusing, which has been deemed appropriate for the application. Where you must provide power to the Rain Tracker, make sure the line is appropriately fused.
- Dealers / Repair: DO NOT PRESENT US WITH A BILL FOR REPAIR OF SYSTEM. We will, within the warranty period, repair or replace control modules or sensors. We will not pay for troubleshooting time, re-installation, etc.
- Remember that you are always responsibility for safe driving, whatever technology you have at your assistance. Use your best judgment and common sense.
